Chicken breast fillet in Calvados sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • Fat
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 125 g cream
  • 80 g crème fraîche
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jar Calvados, or more

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the fat in a pan and fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and keep warm. To make the sauce, stir the cream cheese into the meat juices until smooth. Add the broth, cream, and crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, add the Calvados, and bring to a boil. Finally, let the chicken breast fillets simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes. Serve with green tagliatelle and a green salad.
