Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (e.g. fusilli or spiral pasta)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can pineapple
- 2 bottles of curry sauce
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in well-salted water until al dente and shake well. Drain the corn and pineapple, reserving the pineapple juice. Mix the corn and pineapple with the pasta. Season with pepper, salt, and curry powder. About 30 minutes before serving, drizzle with curry sauce and a little pineapple juice. The salad shouldn’t be too dry.
