  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g double cream cheese
  • 1 small egg(s)
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 pt. flavoring (orange-back)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the double cream cheese and beat until creamy. Then beat in the egg and flour, baking powder, salt, and orange zest. Finally, fold in the grated chocolate. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between them (so they spread out). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes, until the edges are crispy and golden.
