Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 grapes
  • 3 tbsp Marsala
  • 75 ml rum
  • 2 eggs
  • 170 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 120 ml milk
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Wash, halve, and deseed the grapes. Mix the Marsala and rum together and add the grapes for 30 minutes. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Stir in the milk and olive oil, then sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and stir in. Add the grapes and 2 tablespoons of liquid to the batter and mix everything together. Transfer to a greased 26 cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
