Onion and cream chicken with peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 packs of soup (onion soup)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 can/n peach(s)
  • curry
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sear the fillets in a pan with a little oil. Then transfer them to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle generously with curry powder. Mix the onion soup with the cream and pour over the meat. Slice the peaches and scatter them over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20-30 minutes until the cream has thickened and the peaches are soft. Serve with rice.
