Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 150 g butter, soft
- 50 g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- some yogurt for spreading
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the butter, flour, and sugar until smooth. The butter should be soft, so it’s easier to work with. Unroll the finished puff pastry and spread a very thin layer of the cream. Then roll it up long-handling and cut each into 10 equal pieces. Place the pastry pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with natural yogurt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Tip: If you like it a little sweeter, feel free to use more filling; I like it best this way.
