Cod with broccoli and potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g cod fillet(s)
  • 150 g potatoes
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 ½ tsp butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft. Cut the broccoli into florets, wash, and sauté in a little salted water for about 10 minutes until soft. Sauté the cod in a non-stick pan with the lid closed. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Melt the butter and stir in the dill. Arrange the fish on a plate with the vegetables, potatoes, and dill butter.
