Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 70 g sugar
  • 100 g nougat
  • 150 g semi-sweet chocolate coating
  • 46 walnuts, quarters

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix flour, spices, and baking powder. Add butter, egg, and sugar and knead everything together. Form two rolls with a diameter of approximately 3 cm. Chill the rolls for one hour. Cut the dough rolls into 1 cm wide slices, place a nougat cube in the center, and shape the dough into a ball. Bake on a greased baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, dip the tips of the balls into the chocolate coating and place a walnut quarter on top.
