Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp rock salt, medium coarse
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in a spice grinder. Dried, minced garlic is a good addition. Pour the spice mix directly onto the hot grilled food. Tip: For larger quantities, we recommend using a jar with a screw-top lid to protect the spices from moisture.
