Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 carrots
- salt water
- 1 zucchini
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 3 onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Paprika powder, hot
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the potatoes and carrots into wedges, simmer in salted water for 10 minutes, then rinse and let cool. First, slice the onions and garlic into rings. Slice the peppers and zucchini into wedges, and dice the feta cheese. Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly sauté the onions and garlic. Then add the cooked potatoes and carrots, peppers, and zucchini and fry until golden brown. Finally, season with the hot and sweet paprika powder to give the vegetables a red color and season with salt and pepper to taste. Once the vegetables are fully seasoned, add the feta cheese and let it melt.
