Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large apples, preferably Boskoop or Sternrenettes
- 2 kiwis
- 70 ml apple cider vinegar, organic, from direct juice
- 1 large lettuce heart(s)
- 1 tbsp honey, creamy
- 500 ml mineral water
- possibly pickled ginger or cucumber
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, clean the ingredients. Quarter the apples and the kiwis (I leave the skin on). Chop the lettuce core a bit. Then place everything in a blender and blend for about 1 minute. If you like, you can add pickled ginger or some cucumber (it’s a matter of taste).
