Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter meat broth (e.g. cube broth)
  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • 1 bunch carrot(s), sliced
  • 500 g green beans, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, raw and chopped
  • Savory, fresh or dried
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 apples, sour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Green bean stew

Cook the vegetables, potatoes, bacon, and spices in the meat broth for 30-40 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the apple pieces and continue cooking for another 10-20 minutes.
