Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- some lemon(s), the peel of it
- ¼ liter milk (cream)
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 4 egg whites
- Fat, for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine the remaining ingredients and fold in the beaten egg whites. Grease the waffle iron, add about 1-2 tablespoons of batter, and bake.
