- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter (soft to liquid)
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- Baking powder, depending on the amount of flour

The amount of batter can be increased as desired, depending on how much batter you need. Simply mix all the ingredients together and the batter is ready. I love this recipe for muffins. I divide the batter into 3-4 portions and then transform it, for example with: – cherries or peaches – apple pieces and rum raisins – unsweetened cocoa and chocolate sprinkles – almond slivers and amaretto …… No one will notice that the basic batter is the same. The muffins need about 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. The recipe is also suitable for sponge cakes, whether bundt cakes or loaf pans, or for sheet cakes. Each can be modified as desired. Because of the large amount of eggs and butter, the cake stays incredibly moist for a long time.
