Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ liter of milk
- 250 g flour
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- Salt
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. The flour will bind better if you let it stand for a while. Heat a little oil in a pan, add a ladleful of batter, and let it spread. Once the pancake is nicely golden on the underside, flip it. Add a little more oil if desired. Serve with applesauce, jam, or simply sugar. Tip: For extra crispiness, use mineral water instead of milk.
