Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 70 g low-fat quark (alternatively natural cream cheese)
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for 1 person – fluffy, delicious

Whisk together the milk, quark, egg, salt, and honey. Add the flour and baking soda, mix thoroughly, and let it rest for 30 minutes (this is especially important for whole-wheat flour). Fry the dough in batches in a little oil in a hot pan until golden brown.
