Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
- 1 large carrot(s)
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp curry powder
- some parsley
- 2 basil leaves
- salt and pepper

quick, tasty and easy
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and fry them in hot oil in a pan for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the carrot and add it to the potatoes. Fry for another 10 minutes over medium heat. Slice the bell pepper and add it with the cream cheese. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with basil. Serve.
