Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 20 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the pancake ingredients thoroughly and cook in a pan with a little fat. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork, and mix with 2 tablespoons of Nutella and the hazelnuts. Spread this mixture over the pancakes, roll up the pancakes, and break them into large pieces. Layer them in a baking dish. Mix the mascarpone, egg, and powdered sugar thoroughly and pour over the pancakes. Bake for about 40 minutes.
