Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the mandarins, reserving the juice. Whisk the low-fat quark with sugar, 6 tablespoons of mandarin juice, and the lemon juice until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Cut the mandarin orange segments into smaller pieces and fold in as well. Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish as desired. You can use any other fruit instead of the mandarins.
