Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 400 g sour cream
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 small cans of tangerine(s)
  • 300 g marshmallow(s), white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Cut the marshmallows in half, as they will expand slightly in the mixture. Drain the mandarins. Then combine the cream with the sour cream. Carefully stir in the mandarins and marshmallows. Done! It tastes best when refrigerated for a few hours before serving. This recipe makes a delicious, fluffy dessert that’s very easy to prepare.
