Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ honeydew melon(s)
  • 2 bags of mozzarella
  • 150 g berries (forest fruits)
  • some maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the mozzarella and honeydew melon into equal-sized pieces. Arrange them together on a plate and garnish with wild berries. Let rest in a cool place for one hour to allow the flavors to fully develop. Drizzle with a little maple syrup before serving.
