Minced meat with crumbled bread soaked in milk, topped with cheese

Chop the onion into small pieces and sauté in a pan with the minced meat, corn (do not drain), and a little oil until the minced meat is cooked through. Meanwhile, crumble an old bread roll from the day before into a casserole dish and let it soak for a few minutes with two generous splashes of milk, until the roll has absorbed most of the milk. Add the minced meat, corn, and onions, mix, and season with cream, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
