Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 400 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 300 ml buttermilk or whole milk
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 75 g almonds, sliced

Done in a flash!
Beat the eggs with 300g of sugar for 2-3 minutes until frothy. Then fold in the flour, baking powder, and buttermilk. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet. Mix the desiccated coconut, flaked almonds, and 100g of sugar and sprinkle over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 30 minutes.
