Creamy banana milkshake

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 bananas, overripe
  • 400 ml milk, fresh
  • 200 ml whipped cream, fresh
  • ½ pack of cream stiffener
  • 2 dashes lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 ½ packets of vanilla sugar
  • some maple syrup (or honey)
  • 3 slice(s) banana(s), fresh
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and mash the bananas, then place them in a bowl with the milk and cream. Add the cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and maple syrup or honey, and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled in 300 ml glasses. To decorate, roll a fresh banana slice in cocoa powder and place it over the rim of each glass.
