Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 200 g cream
- 50 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 bag of gingerbread spice
- 1 shot of rum
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g almond(s), chopped or nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly for about 10 minutes. I always throw everything into my food processor and let it work its magic. The batter should be very creamy. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175°C. Pour the batter into a round baking pan and bake at 175°C for 1 hour. Let the cake cool. Now you can cover it with either icing or melted chocolate. You can also use 250g butter or just cream. Cream makes the cake beautifully fluffy.
