Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 2 cups yogurt, nut
- 90 ml oil (walnut oil)
- 3 tbsp liqueur (nut liqueur)
- 1 egg(s)
- 90 g brown sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch or potato flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 g walnuts, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Stir together all ingredients. Pour into a muffin tin (batter makes 12). Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
