Walnut muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 cups yogurt, nut
  • 90 ml oil (walnut oil)
  • 3 tbsp liqueur (nut liqueur)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch or potato flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 100 g walnuts, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Stir together all ingredients. Pour into a muffin tin (batter makes 12). Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
