Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 180 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 25 ml cream
- 300 g peas
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the onion, peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes. Sauté both in oil until the onions are translucent. Add the cream and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes over low heat. Add the peas and cook for another 10 minutes. Puree and season with salt and pepper.
