Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 200 g beans, green, frozen
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 250 ml water, lightly salted or vegetable stock
- 1 tsp savory
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 pinch(s) coconut blossom sugar
- salt and pepper
- e.g. chili powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Now add all the vegetables to a pot with the water and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until everything is tender. Season with savory, lime juice, coconut blossom sugar, salt, and pepper. Add chili, if desired.
