Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g butter
- 210 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- ½ vanilla pod(s)
- 260 g flour
- 70 g cornstarch
- ⅛ liter eggnog
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of baking powder
Instructions

Christmas cookies, makes about 250 pieces
Combine butter, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla sugar, then stir in the vanilla bean pulp. Combine the flour and cornstarch and mix alternately with the egg liqueur into the batter. Pipe shapes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a piping bag. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for approximately 8-10 minutes.
