Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter, soft
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg(s) (size M)
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp eggnog

Christmas cookies, makes about 20 pieces
Cream together butter, vanilla sugar, and 50g of powdered sugar. Stir in the egg first, then the flour. Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe 10 rings onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Chill for about 30 minutes. Bake each sheet in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/fan: 175°C/gas mark 3) for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool. Whisk together 50g of powdered sugar and the egg liqueur until smooth. Cover the rings with the icing. Allow to dry for about 30 minutes.
