Chocolate glaze with the sweetness of dates

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 80 g soft dates, pitted
  • 60 coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Warm the milk. Chop the dates slightly and blend them with the heated condensed milk in a high-performance blender until smooth. Gradually add small pieces of coconut oil. Then add the cocoa in small portions, blending continuously. Blend the sauce until smooth and glossy. Then use the glaze as usual, e.g., for cakes, fruit, as a chocolate fondue, and much more. Ideally, cakes and gateaux should be glazed and refrigerated at least 12 hours before serving. This thickens the glaze. You can find more sugar-free recipes on my profile.
