Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. B. short ribbon noodles
  • 1,300 ml water
  • 500 g beef goulash, from the can
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 tbsp, heaped broth, instant
  • some ketchup to refine
  • 1 handful of parsley, dried or fresh
  • Tomato paste for refining

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Add the goulash to the pot. Break up the meat pieces slightly with a knife. Boil the water in a kettle and add it to the pot. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of gourmet broth and season to taste. Bring the goulash to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 7-9 minutes, until the pasta is tender. Add the peeled, grated, or sliced ​​carrots to the stew, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Season to taste with about 5-10 cm of tomato paste from the tube and ketchup, and garnish with parsley. If the pasta has absorbed too much sauce, add a little more water and season to taste with broth.
