Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, e.g. B. short ribbon noodles
- 1,300 ml water
- 500 g beef goulash, from the can
- 3 carrots
- 2 tbsp, heaped broth, instant
- some ketchup to refine
- 1 handful of parsley, dried or fresh
- Tomato paste for refining
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Add the goulash to the pot. Break up the meat pieces slightly with a knife. Boil the water in a kettle and add it to the pot. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of gourmet broth and season to taste. Bring the goulash to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 7-9 minutes, until the pasta is tender. Add the peeled, grated, or sliced carrots to the stew, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Season to taste with about 5-10 cm of tomato paste from the tube and ketchup, and garnish with parsley. If the pasta has absorbed too much sauce, add a little more water and season to taste with broth.
