  • some balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cans of tomatoes in pieces

  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and effective

Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the minced meat. After a short fry, add the finely diced onion and fry. When the onions are translucent, add the chopped garlic and tomato paste and continue sizzling. Deglaze everything with balsamic vinegar and simmer for a moment so the vinegar loses some of its acidity. Then add the canned tomatoes and season with the stock. Simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour. About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the chopped fresh herbs and let them infuse. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
