Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 200 g almonds, ground
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • some fat for the mold
  • some breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then stir in the oil and then the sour cream. Combine the flour, ground almonds, and baking powder, then add to the batter in small portions and mix. Finally, add the cocoa powder. Grease a 28 cm springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for 50-60 minutes.
