Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 ml water
  • 50 g sugar

Boil the water and sugar until all the grains have dissolved. Then pour the finished syrup into a tightly sealed jar. The consistency will become slightly more gel-like once cooled. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about 4-6 weeks. It’s perfect for attaching all kinds of fondant decorations, such as flowers, borders, and the like.
