Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, a finger-thick layer, and bake at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately turn out onto a sugar-dusted tea towel and roll up. Suitable for all types of roulades, from strawberry to mocha to buttercream.
