Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g butter, soft
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 package of granulated sugar
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Knead the flour, softened butter, and sour cream into a dough. Chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out cookies. Brush the cookies with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes, until the cookies turn a light golden color. Tip: Eat the cookies soon after baking; they won’t keep well in the cookie jar for long.
