Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs. Mix well. Now fold in the flour and baking powder. Divide the batter between two cake tins and bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. Top with any fruit and drizzle with glaze – it tastes really delicious and won’t soak too quickly.
