Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 g carrot(s) (cleaned bunched carrots)
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the carrots to a boil in a pot with a little salted water. Simmer over low heat in a covered pan for about 10 minutes. Drain the cooking water. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the sugar, honey, and carrots and simmer gently for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
