Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, or similar as desired
- 300 g celery
- 2 pointed peppers, red
- ½ pack of herbal mix, 8 herbs, frozen
- 100 ml water
- 1 heaped tsp broth, granulated, possibly homemade or possibly salted vegetables, etc.
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegan, alkaline, GAT-compliant
Slice the celery and then dice it. Deseed the bell peppers and cut them into smaller cubes. Heat the oil in a lidded pan and fry the celery cubes; it’s okay if you like it roasted. Then add the bell peppers, sprinkle with vegetable stock, and put the lid on. After a few minutes, add the water. Shortly before the end of the cooking time (depending on how firm you want it to be), add the frozen herbs and stir well. Let it simmer for a short while without heat. Add salt as desired. Note: The water quantity is only a guideline; you can adjust it to your liking. As a side dish, this could serve two people.
