Banana-cherry cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, and milk. Mash the bananas and mix into the batter. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into the greased pan and scatter the cherries on top. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Tastes best served warm.
