Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g spiced speculatius biscuits
  • 125 g condensed milk (10%)
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp clove powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the condensed milk with the sugar and butter in a saucepan and stir until smooth. Then grind the speculatius biscuits until they have the consistency of fine powder. Add them to the milk mixture along with the cinnamon and cloves and stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature and pour into dessert glasses.
