Tarragon potatoes in cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 small potatoes or 4 large ones
  • salt water
  • 2 tbsp tarragon, fresh, chopped
  • 80 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

as a side dish to fish, mustard eggs or meat

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. When they’re done, add the tarragon and cream and simmer, then season to taste.
