Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 125 g butter
- Almond(s), peeled, as required

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
makes about 30 cookies
Quickly knead the dough ingredients together, wrap the dough in foil, and chill. After about 1 hour, roll the dough into a log, cut into slices, and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten slightly and place an almond on each slice. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 10-15 minutes.
