  • 1 egg(s)
  • butter
  • Liver sausage (homemade liver sausage)
  • 2 gherkins
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Said to be from the famous TV chef Wilmenrod

First, spread the liverwurst on the bread. Then, toast it in a nonstick pan until the liverwurst spreads slightly, seeps through the bread, and toasts the bottom of the bread. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, fry a fried egg in a little butter. Meanwhile, slice the tomato and slice the onion, and top the bread with them. Finally, place the fried egg on top of the onion rings and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with the cucumber.
