Traditional recipe, baked every year, makes about 30 cookies

Mix the dough ingredients together to form a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Place the dough into a piping bag and pipe cookies. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes until light golden brown. Melt the chocolate and dip the ends of the cooled cookies into the chocolate. Chef’s note on recipe editing: Several comments complain that two eggs are missing from the list of ingredients. These were added on December 19, 2018.
