Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 package creamed spinach (frozen)
- 150g Gorgonzola
- 200 g ham
- 200 ml milk, approx.
- salt and pepper
- possibly broth, granulated
- 2 points Gnocchi
- salt water
- possibly Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thaw the spinach, stir in the milk, and heat everything through. Finely chop the Gorgonzola and dissolve it in the spinach and milk mixture. Cut the ham into small cubes and heat briefly in the sauce. Season the sauce with pepper and a little salt or a little instant broth. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. Serve with the sauce. A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese goes well with the sauce.
