Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 1 packet of powdered sugar
- 200 g marzipan
- Rum flavor
- 5 egg whites
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for approx. 45 macaroons
Tear the marzipan into small pieces and mix it with the other ingredients using a mixer. Using a small spoon, place small heaps of the cookies on a baking sheet, leaving a little space between them (the cookies will still rise), and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned. This recipe yields approximately 45 cookies.
